December 2015
Project start and research into verified connection
The company started research and development, exploring on-chain certification, digital identity and verified commercial connection. Certification codes connected merchants, products and consumers, laying the foundation for the later verified ecosystem and Internet of Copyrights technology.
2016
Completed the first-generation Copyright Chain
The company developed and launched the first-generation Copyright Chain, connecting real people and real goods. Digital registration, on-chain evidence and copyright credentials established a technical basis for protecting, licensing and commercializing works.
2017
Completed the second-generation Property Rights Chain
The company completed the second-generation Property Rights Chain. Digital product marking, confirmation of rights and traceability extended intellectual-property protection from works into product circulation, establishing a technical basis for identifying and tracing Verified Products.
Over the same period, the company continued to develop copyright DNA, smart-contract distribution of interests, image-recognition copyright monitoring and multi-chain interconnection. These capabilities supported digital fingerprint recognition of works, automatic settlement of copyright transactions, tracing of online infringement, and connection among intellectual-property credentials on different blockchains.
2018
Completed the third-generation Internet of Copyrights core
The company completed the third-generation Internet of Copyrights. Copyright content, branded products and consumers were connected in one verified network, moving intellectual-property credentials, product certification and commercial relationships from single-point evidence toward networked connection.
2019
The technology system extended to a verified relationship network
The company developed the fourth-generation Relationship Reach Network (RRN), extending verified copyright and product connections to real users and organizational relationships. In the same period, the company's commercial system covered 95 proprietary technologies, including property-rights registration, product codes, smart serial codes, genuine-authentication codes and premium-product codes.
April 18, 2019
Jointly launched the Genuine Alliance
The company and more than one hundred brand owners jointly launched the Genuine Alliance, taking intellectual-property protection, brand licensing and industry collaboration from a technology system into a multi-party commercial cooperation network.
2021
Formed the core system of the Internet of Copyrights and the Interests Distribution Protocol
The company further developed the Internet of Copyrights (IOC) and the Interests Distribution Protocol (iDP). Unique digital credentials connected copyright ownership of a work, the licensed right to use it, and rights related to authorized products, forming three credential types: Proof of Copyright Ownership (PCO), Proof of License Right (PLR) and Proof of Property Right (PPR).
The Internet of Copyrights connects rights, products and participants. The Interests Distribution Protocol calculates and distributes interests according to the role each transaction participant takes, and continues to record the related transaction relationships. A later independent study by Frost & Sullivan analyzed this technology system in detail.
2021
Intellectual-property technology entered industry application
The company continued industry application of intellectual-property protection and commercialization technology: it exhibited at the 8th China International Copyright Expo; from June 23 to 25 of the same year, it launched the Super Supply Chain Base with members of the Genuine Alliance; and on August 30 it held a release event for applied results in trademark, patent and geographical-indication protection.
December 2021
The technology system received independent industry research recognition
Frost & Sullivan completed China Copyright and Digital Collectibles Market — Independent Market Research, an independent analysis of the company's proprietary technology, real-name copyright ecosystem and digital-copyright business model. The report indicated that the company's relevant technology led potential competitors at that time.
September 2022
Received a first prize at the China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition
At the industry final of the 14th China Shenzhen Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition in 2022, the company's project received first prize in the internet and mobile-internet enterprise group.
June 2023
Selected for the Cyberport Incubation Programme
Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited admitted the company to the Cyberport Incubation Programme, running from June 30, 2023 to June 29, 2025.
This stage further supported the continued development of the company's technology system, product architecture and business model in Hong Kong's innovation and technology ecosystem.
January 28, 2024
A digital intellectual-property protection practice entered the China Professional Degree Case Center
A written case studying the company's digital intellectual-property protection and international practice was formally entered in the China Professional Degree Case Center of the China Academic Degrees and Graduate Education Development Center and the National Instruction Committee for International Business Professional Degree Education. The case number is 2024025410054. The company's related technology and commercial practice thus entered the national professional-degree education case system.
June 2025
Completed the Cyberport Incubation Programme
On June 29, 2025, the company completed the two-year Cyberport Incubation Programme.
March 2026
Attended the Cyberport entrepreneurship programme graduation ceremony
On March 20, 2026, the company attended the Cyberport entrepreneurship programme graduation ceremony and completed the graduation activity for the Cyberport incubation stage.
April 2026
Formally started the CITY PASS 3+1+1+6 Global Commerce Alliance Network strategy
On April 10, 2026, Hong Kong issued its first batch of stablecoin issuer licences.
Taking Hong Kong's digital-asset market entering a licensed stage as an important industry point, the company began a systematic deployment of the CITY PASS ecosystem and formally started the CITY PASS 3+1+1+6 Global Commerce Alliance Network strategy, around three verified commercial participants, CITY PASS GRID, CITY PASS INTELLIGENCE and the six commerce engines.
June 2026
Patent application for the multi-asset on-chain and dynamic combination method
The company filed an invention patent application with the China National Intellectual Property Administration for 《基于全量分片授权的多种资产上链与动态组合方法》. The filing was formally received on June 23, 2026. The technology covers multi-asset on-chain recording, dynamic combination, verified-node validation and smart-contract execution, and further explores dynamic combination and rights management after multiple types of real-world assets continue to enter an on-chain system.
The technical proposal includes verified-node signature validation, dynamic asset entry, global asset aggregation, and an update of rights after new assets are added.
