This Privacy Policy explains how IOC INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (“we”, “us”, or “CITY PASS”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, handles information in connection with the operation of the citypass.cc global official website.

This Policy applies only to the citypass.cc global official website.

CITY PASS WALLET, CITY PASS CERTIFICATION CENTER, CITY PASS HONG KONG, CITY PASS DEVELOPERS and other non-DEX CITY PASS websites or services may be operated by IOC INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, but may be subject to separate privacy policies or terms depending on their functionality.

CITY PASS DEX, CITY PASS TSV and CITY PASS Screener form a separate DEX ecosystem operated by IOC LIMITED, a company registered in the Cayman Islands.

Those DEX websites and services are not governed by this Policy and are subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

1. Information You Submit

The current version of citypass.cc does not require visitors to create an account, sign in, or provide names, telephone numbers, identification documents, payment information or other personal information.

Online submission for partnership applications and site search is not currently enabled. No personal information is submitted or stored through those pages.

2. Technical Information Processed Automatically

For website security, reliable operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, our servers or infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information, including:

  • IP address;
  • request date and time;
  • requested page or URL;
  • browser and User-Agent information;
  • HTTP status code;
  • referring page information, where available; and
  • network logs relating to security events, abnormal requests or technical failures.

This information is used only for website operation, security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and compliance with applicable legal requirements. It is not used for advertising, user profiling or marketing tracking.

3. Cookies and Analytics

The current version of citypass.cc does not use:

  • advertising cookies;
  • analytics cookies;
  • Google Analytics;
  • Meta Pixel;
  • Hotjar or similar session-recording tools;
  • advertising tracking pixels;
  • cross-site behavioural tracking; or
  • marketing profiling.

If these technologies are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated when the relevant functionality is implemented, and any measures required by applicable law will be taken.

4. Purposes of Processing

We process limited technical information only where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect the security of the website and servers;
  • detect, prevent and respond to abnormal access, attacks or abuse;
  • maintain reliable website operation;
  • diagnose technical problems;
  • investigate security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable laws, regulations or lawful requests.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell visitors’ personal information and do not sell or share website usage information for advertising or marketing purposes.

citypass.cc may contain links to other CITY PASS websites, products, partner websites or third-party websites.

Once you leave citypass.cc, the relevant website will be governed by its own privacy policy and terms of service.

In particular, CITY PASS DEX, CITY PASS TSV and CITY PASS Screener form a separate DEX ecosystem independently operated by IOC LIMITED and are not governed by this Policy.

9. Your Rights

Depending on the laws applicable where you are located, you may have rights relating to personal information, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or other statutory rights.

Because the current website does not require users to create accounts or submit personal information, we may not be able to identify a particular visitor solely from general website access records.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to website functionality, technical architecture, legal requirements or business operations.
