CITY PASS WALLET, CITY PASS CERTIFICATION CENTER, CITY PASS HONG KONG, CITY PASS DEVELOPERS and other non-DEX CITY PASS websites or services may be operated by IOC INTERNATIONAL LIMITED, but may be subject to separate terms of service and privacy policies depending on their functionality.

CITY PASS DEX, CITY PASS TSV and CITY PASS Screener form a separate DEX ecosystem operated by IOC LIMITED, a company registered in the Cayman Islands.

Those DEX websites and services are not governed by these Terms and are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

2. Nature of the Website

citypass.cc primarily provides information about the CITY PASS brand, the Global Commerce Alliance Network, its strategy, ecosystem, solutions, cooperation opportunities and related public information.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular page, this website itself does not provide account custody, asset trading, asset custody, payment settlement or other functionality that must be accessed through a separate CITY PASS product or third-party service.

Certain features may be identified as “coming soon” or temporarily unavailable.

Such pages are provided to describe future functionality or processes and do not constitute a commitment that a particular feature will become available at any specific time.
