CITY PASS is a Global Commerce Alliance Network connecting Verified Merchants, Verified Products and Verified Consumers. It is made up of different products, capabilities and regional networks.

How is Verified Merchant status confirmed?

Verified Merchant status is confirmed by the CITY PASS certification system under the applicable verification rules. Certification by a government or regulator is a separate system.

How does CITY PASS WALLET handle assets and keys?

CITY PASS WALLET is a self-custodial wallet. Users control their own keys and authorize on-chain actions. The current product architecture of the wallet governs the details.

How does a Verified Product relate to tokenization?

A Verified Product is about product identity, information and rights. Tokenization is a capability decided separately for a specific product and business setting.

How are a City Partner's rights determined?

A City Partner's cooperation area, responsibilities, rights and commercial terms are governed by the formal agreement between the parties.

What happens after a partnership application is submitted?

After submission, CITY PASS moves into later communication and assessment according to the actual need. A formal cooperation relationship is governed by the arrangement the parties confirm.
